This position consists of providing support to our commercial accounts who have regularly scheduled maintenance. The Maintenance Coordinator needs to possess excellent oral, written and communication. The right candidate will value growth and development from within the company.

Offered Wage:

$19-23 per hour D.O.E.

Maintenance Coordinator Responsibilities:

Work with commercial accounts and customers who have regularly scheduled planned maintenance. Work with vendors to order filters and belts Ensure all materials are ready for the next maintenance and stage them in preparation for technicians. Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.

Maintenance Coordinator Requirements:

Strong communication and organization skills. Professional phone etiquette and email communication skills. Data entry experience. Excellent customer service skills.
