Mobis provides after-sales service parts support for Hyundai Motors, Kia Motors, and Genesis. In addition to the distribution of genuine service parts and accessories, Mobis produces chassis, cockpit, and front-end modules; safety products, including airbags; headlights; anti-lock brake systems and electronic stability control products; steering parts; multimedia systems; UVO systems; injection-molded plastic parts, such as instrument panels, carriers, and bumpers; and steel wheel rims and decks. JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for leading and managing all company events from planning to execution, under the direction of the manager. This includes two major annual events as well as various smaller internal gatherings throughout the year. Additionally, oversees CVMP system operations to manage HMA Lease vehicles within the company. Supports employees with a positive and energetic attitude, fostering strong internal communication. Administrative responsibilities include managing official company announcements, handling employee mobile phone accounts, and other general affairs tasks.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Event Planning and Execution (25%) Lead and manage all company events from start to finish under the guidance of the manager. This includes two major annual events and several smaller internal gatherings throughout the year. MGMS System & Utility Management(25%) Manage the company's ESG-related management systems and utility programs/Oversee energy consumption records and reporting for all business locations/Ensure accurate tracking, monitoring, and reporting of energy usage to support ESG compliance and sustainability initiatives. HMA Lease Vehicle Management (10%) Oversee the CVMP system to manage HMA Lease vehicles within the company, ensuring accurate tracking and coordination. Employee Support and Communication (20%) Provide administrative support to employees with a positive and energetic attitude. Foster strong internal communication and assist with tasks such as managing official announcements and handling employee mobile phone accounts. Ad-hoc Support Based on Manager's Direction (20%) Carry out unexpected or ad-hoc tasks as directed by the team leader, with flexibility and professionalism. These tasks often involve employee support and coordination across departments.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Pro-actively identify and resolve potential problems or issues that may impact a program, project or business condition. Critical issues are to be discussed with management for visibility, direction and alternative solutions. Close monitoring on monthly data and be able to seek for possible cost saving opportunities. Work Schedule & Travel Requirements Monday through Friday, 8:00 am
  • 5:00 pm.
Minimal overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air. Required Qualifications Education Requirements High School Diploma is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Experience Requirements 4-6 years of related experience in facility/purchasing administrative assistance. Skills Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills to work with many levels within the company and external vendors. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. SAP experience is preferred. Employment Type
