Job Description
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry, record updates, and database maintenance
- Use Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, to prepare spreadsheets, reports, and other administrative documents
- Manage emails and correspondence in both English and Spanish
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, records, and documents
- Prepare, proofread, and edit reports, memos, invoices, contracts, and other office materials
- Provide back-office administrative support, including processing forms, payroll-related data entry, and handling confidential information
- Support clients, visitors, and internal staff with professional customer service and timely follow-up
- Use office software, digital platforms, and AI tools to help streamline workflows and improve team efficiency
- Assist with special projects and provide additional administrative support as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a related role
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with AI tools and technology used for office productivity

- Strong data entry skills with consistent attention to detail and accuracy.
