Job Summary We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to support daily office and administrative operations in our Los Angeles office. This role will assist with office coordination, travel arrangements, fixed asset tracking, office supplies, meeting and event support, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is responsible, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities Support daily office administrative operations and help ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workplace. Assist with business travel arrangements, including flight, hotel, and transportation coordination as needed. Maintain and update fixed asset records, support asset inventory checks, and assist with equipment distribution and tracking. Manage office supplies, monitor inventory levels, place orders, and help control administrative expenses. Coordinate meeting room reservations, meeting materials, visitor arrangements, and other meeting-related support. Assist with company events, employee activities, and other internal administrative projects. Communicate with vendors and service providers regarding office maintenance, supplies, facilities, and other administrative needs. Maintain administrative files, records, invoices, and related documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administrative Management, or a related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in office administration, administrative support, or a related role. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Good attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with different teams. Experience in logistics or a fast-growing company is a plus.
