As Office Coordinator, you'll ensure daily operations run smoothly, blending administrative tasks with hands-on support-maintaining organized systems, managing logistics, monitoring inventory, and preparing spaces for events. This role requires a reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable professional comfortable balancing office and on-site responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.What You'll Do:
Office & Facilities Operations Maintain and organize office and community spaces, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and functional Prepare spaces for events, perform light cleaning, monitor inventory, and report maintenance issues Support ongoing facility upkeep and organization Administrative & Operational Support Manage office communications, mail, invoices, receipts, and filing systems Track expenses and maintain operational systems Provide general administrative support across projects Event & Program Support Assist with community programs and day-of event logistics, including preparing materials and organizing suppliesWho You Are:
1+ year experience in office management or coordination Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Proactive, independent, and adaptable Comfortable with both administrative and hands-on tasks Strong communicator and team collaborator Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.) Able to lift up to 40 lbs and support space setup Mission-driven and committed to community-focused work Must have reliable transportation !About Us:
