Job Description
Key Responsibilities Answer and route incoming calls professionally; screen calls, take messages, and manage voicemail. Greet and assist visitors, customers, vendors, and applicants; maintain a professional lobby atmosphere. Enter and process customer orders in Sage 100, including acknowledgements, revisions, and end-of-day procedures. Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems; distribute mail, emails, and faxes. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Coordinate export shipments with freight forwarders and prepare required documentation. Prepare basic business correspondence and support departments with data entry and administrative tasks. Handle outgoing mail and maintain strict confidentiality of company information. Qualifications (Summary) High School diploma required; clerical or administrative experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ERP experience (Sage 100) a plus. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask with minimal supervision.
