Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in La Habra, CA. The ideal candidate will provide essential daily office and administrative support to ensure smooth daily office functions. The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage office daily routine tasks. Front desk and company phone general line reception. Office mail intake, distribution, and supply maintenance. Time sheet completion tracking. New employee on-boarding tasks. Coordinate scheduling of office conference rooms. Office supplies maintenance. Support event planning and coordination efforts. Staff support assistant. Facilities compliance monitoring and maintenance. Other duties as assigned to support office operations. Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). Experience in service coordination or a customer-facing role. Experience handling mail and front desk operations. Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with teams and collaborate. Time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to manage inventory and place orders efficiently. Proactive approach to daily routines and office support tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word.
Essential Functions:
Be able to Lift and carry up to 25lbs. Sit for an extended period of time.
Compensation:
$16.90 - $20.00 per hour
