Full Job Description Job Description:
Screen, answer & direct phone calls Organize and schedule meetings and appointments Perform various clerical and general office tasks including filing, mail sorting, keeping various spreadsheets up to date, photocopying, etc. Coordinate conference room reservations Schedule and coordinate meetings Conduct data entry Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports Communicate clearly and effectively and carry out tasks promptly Maintain confidentiality of all files and confidential information Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
  • Proven administration or assistant experience
  • Previous administration experience is a MUST
  • Energetic team player
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, and prioritize work in a fast environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written), as well as fluency in Spanish, is a plus.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Friendly, Upbeat, Personable, and Professional attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and planning skills.
  • Ability to book hotels and plane tickets.
  • Punctual and dependable with a positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Capacity to work effectively with a team is required.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Intermediate computer experience: Outlook, Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer at a minimum.
  • Possess excellent attention to detail & Ability to deal with changing priorities.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Pay:
$23.00 per hour
