Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English & Spanish) Adecco Staffing is currently seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English & Spanish) for a client site in Lake Elsinore, CA . This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and grow your career with a reputable organization. This is a temporary 2-3-month opportunity with a starting pay of $22.00/hour with weekly pay .
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Responsibilities Provide general administrative and office support Perform accurate data entry and maintain employee records Create and update Excel reports and spreadsheets Provide support and communication to employees Handle filing, documentation, and record maintenance Assist with day-to-day office coordination Communicate professionally with employees and team members in both English and Spanish Qualifications / Requirements Bilingual Spanish/English required Previous administrative experience Comfortable with with Microsoft Excel Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail Excellent organizational and time-management skills Professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively with employees and team members Friendly, approachable, and engaging personality Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information Why Work for Adecco? Pay Details:
