SUMMARY:
This position performs administrative and office support activities. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In most cases the description covers approximately 80% of an individual's daily, weekly or monthly job duties.] Answer and direct incoming phone calls and greet visitors. Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper. Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents. Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms. Maintain calendars and coordinate travel arrangements, as needed. Order and maintain office supplies and equipment. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries. Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems Maintain company records while ensuring confidentiality. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. Communicate professionally with employees, customers, vendors, and visitors.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE
College or University; or five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. •
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must be able to write routine reports and correspondence. Must be able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. •
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Must be able to work with basic mathematical concepts. Must be able to apply concepts such as fractions and percentages •
REASONING ABILITY
Must be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Must be able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. •
PERSONAL TRAITS
Must be able to follow directions from a supervisor. Must be able to interact with coworkers. Must be able to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures. Must be able to accept constructive criticism. •
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT REQUIRED
Personal computer, email, fax machines, 10-key calculator, standard office software (MS Office) as well as Prophet-ERP.
