Job Description

Description This position provides administrative and operational support to the Resource Managers for the Departments of OB/GYN, Surgery, and Urology. Responsibilities include supporting coordinating office and space renovations, IT requests, equipment distribution, building access and keys, space inventory, department gift coordination, and other assigned projects. In this role, you will also support database tracking, on-site deliveries, mail sorting and distribution, and creation and updating of basic templates and tools to support departmental operations. Other duties as assigned.
Hourly Salary Range:
$30.36 - $43.49 Pay range: $31.88 - $45.66 an hour
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3 years minimum of Business operations and/or administration experience Ability to use high-level discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality Proficient knowledge of common computer application programs (MSOffice Suite- Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Solid and proven analytical / problem solving skills Communication and interpersonal skills sufficient to work effectively with University-wide and campus-wide Administrators, Deans, Department Chair, faculty and staff both orally and written
Preferred:
Knowledge of academic and/or administrative structure of institutions of higher education
