full-time Administrative Assistant - Temporary Long term temporary (6 months+) 100% onsite in DTLA $33/hour We're recruiting for an Administrative Coordinator for a global investment management firm, supporting the group that runs their early-career hiring and investment talent development programs. You'll help deliver university recruiting efforts, onboard incoming associates, and support the learning and development programming that builds the firm's investment talent, while handling the day-to-day coordination and administrative work that keeps a busy team on track. Expect regular interaction with investment professionals, senior leadership, new associates, and candidates. In this role you'll: Coordinate recruiting activity and interview logistics for university and early-career hiring Support onboarding for incoming associates, from offer through their first weeks Help plan and run training and development programming Manage scheduling, correspondence, materials, and record-keeping for the team Draft and edit internal communications Find ways to streamline manual processes, including with AI tools What we're looking for: 1+ years of administrative, coordination, or program support experience Strong organizational skills and reliable follow-through across competing deadlines Polished written and verbal communication at every level of an organization Sound judgment and discretion with confidential information Adaptability priorities shift and no two weeks look alike Strong skills in MS Office We will consider for employment, qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the State of California Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring.
