Job Description
Expected salary range for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 depending on experience.

DESCRIPTION
: Fisk Electric is looking for a Senior Estimator that would primarily be tasked with providing estimates, quantity takeoffs and proposal documentation . This position would receive direction from the Chief Estimator and work closely with Estimators and Project Managers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: Review and understand contract specifications, documents & drawings to perform takeoff's accurately Perform plan measurements to develop and/or verify quantity estimates Research for and interface with vendors and subcontractors for proposals Perform data entry into and update material pricing in estimating software Update labor rates Stay apprised of industry standard software including researching and reviewing new technologies to expedite the takeoff process Communicate with Engineering Consultants and Designers to coordinate information digitally to complete takeoff's Occasional project site visits and pre-bid meeting attendance Special projects as necessary Assist with other estimating duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree desired (Electrical / Mechanical Engineers, Construction Management, or related field); High School Diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in construction industry preferred
