Key Responsibilities Conduct research and analysis on administrative, operational, and policy matters, and prepare summary findings and recommendations. Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials for department and executive leadership. Support budget preparation, expenditure tracking, and reconciliation activities for the department. Assist with contract and procurement administration, including drafting and processing requisitions and agreements. Coordinate special projects and cross-functional initiatives, tracking milestones and deliverables. Support process improvement efforts and respond to inquiries from staff, other departments, and the public. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Prior experience as a senior administrative role; public sector experience is a plus. Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and, ideally, familiarity with departmental IT systems. Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities under limited supervision. #
