Job Description
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Executive Director and clinical leadership with daily office operations and administrative needs Assisting with new hire onboarding, including orientation scheduling, personnel paperwork, and coordination with the appropriate team members Managing PTO calendars for field and office staff Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date employee roster Assisting with the review, approval coordination, and submission of invoices to Accounts Payable Ordering and tracking office supplies, equipment, and other branch needs Providing general administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and handling mail Helping maintain a safe, organized, and professional office environment Supporting adherence to company policies, healthcare regulations, and applicable requirements Supporting communication and coordination between office staff, leadership, and clinical teams Performing other administrative duties as needed to support the success of the branch Who We're Looking For You are detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoy helping others succeed. You take pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly.Qualifications include:
