Job Description

Pacific Staffing is recruiting a highly organized and professional Senior Administrative Assistant to support executive leadership within a mission-driven organization located in Auburn California. This role is ideal for someone who excels in coordination, communication, and managing complex administrative workflows while maintaining a polished, service-oriented presence. The Senior Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executives and internal teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication across the organization. This role manages scheduling, meeting coordination, documentation, communications, and office operations while serving as a key point of contact for staff, visitors, and external partners.
Pay:
$32-$36/Hour (DOE)100% Onsite in Auburn California Key Responsibilities Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, travel, and communications.

Prepare agendas, materials, reminders, minutes, and follow-up actions for meetings.

Greet visitors, answer phones, and manage professional correspondence.

Maintain digital and archived files, ensuring compliance with retention policies.

Support policy review, survey submissions, and regulatory filings.

Liaise with vendors for office equipment, maintenance, and operational needs.

Oversee office supplies, safety coordination, and general office upkeep.

Assist with event logistics, attendee tracking, and vendor coordination.

Provide data entry and maintain accurate information in organizational databases. Qualifications 2-3+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience.

Strong organizational, communication, and project-management skills.

High attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with office management systems.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
