Oakdale, California Schedule:
Full-Time or Part-Time Pay Range:
$20-25 per hour. This range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position in California. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills and qualifications Every day at Premier Equine Center is guided by one core mission: delivering first‑class care and thoughtful support to horses and their owners. We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Oakdale, California. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, clear communication, and supporting both administrative operations and client relations in a structured, professional environment. About Premier Equine Center Located in Northern California, we are an advanced equine rehabilitation facility in Oakdale. We specialize in individualized post‑veterinary recovery programs supported by state‑of‑the‑art amenities, including an underwater treadmill, swimming pool, and covered horse walkers. In This Role, You Will:
Manage and organize incoming emails and correspondence Conduct billing follow‑ups and assist with Accounts Receivable Support HR‑related administrative tasks, including paperwork and workers' compensation documentation Maintain and update horse management records using Crio software Provide backup support for client relations including answering incoming phone calls and assisting with scheduling visits Provide general administrative and office support as needed

Are highly organized, structured, and detail‑oriented Are confident, professional, and comfortable being clear and direct when needed Enjoy keeping systems organized and current Are proactive, dependable, and able to manage follow‑ups independently
What You Bring:
Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or in office support/coordination HR‑ or payroll‑adjacent experience is an asset, but not required Strong computer skills and comfort working with digital records Excellent communication and organizational skill Spanish-English bilingual skills are an asset, particularly to support communication with team members
