Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Permit Specialist/Admin Assistant to join our team and support the overall operations of the company. Reporting to the Director of Operations this role will be responsible for a variety of duties as listed below. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing company while developing essential skills in office management, customer service, and administrative support. Duties Experience Job file scanning to the Company server Assembling packages to release jobs onto the Production floor from the Contract Control Department Typing the Production Schedule each week after the Production Meeting Closing out completed jobs through a variety of paperwork tasks Assist the Permitting Department by managing the schedule, coordinating field inspections, and managing all city business licenses Project Management assistance as needed Assisting in Job Coordination as needed Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly with integrity Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry, proofreading, and document managementJoin us as an Operations Assistant to be a vital part of our team—helping us deliver outstanding service while advancing your career in a vibrant work environment! Pay:
$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
