Your Mission This is not a typical admin role. Your job is to make our sales team more effective, more prepared, and more focused on what they do best: selling . You will own everything behind the scenes so our reps can walk into every meeting fully prepared, organized, and ready to win business. You'll be the operational backbone that keeps deals moving and nothing slipping through the cracks. What You'll Be Responsible For Sales Enablement & Preparation Prepare sales reps for meetings: presentations, product info, pricing, and key talking points Ensure all follow-ups, samples, and materials are ready before meetings happen Track open opportunities and keep reps aligned on next steps Execution & Follow-Through Own day-to-day follow-ups with buyers and internal teams Manage order status, sample requests, and timelines Ensure nothing falls behind—ever Cross-Functional Coordination Act as the bridge between Sales, Product Development, Operations, and Logistics Communicate product requirements, timelines, and updates clearly across teams Help bring new products to market smoothly by keeping everyone aligned Customer & Account Support Assist with onboarding new customers and completing required documentation Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally Help resolve issues related to orders, logistics, or product questions Documentation & Organization Maintain clean, accurate sales records, contracts, and proposals Track key data and ensure information is always up to date Build systems that make the sales process faster and more efficient What We're Looking For Highly organized and detail-oriented- you don't let things fall through the cracks Proactive mindset
