Job Summary A growing organization in Oxnard is seeking a Bilingual Property Administrative Assistant to support daily operations within a property management-focused office environment. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a polished, professional administrative candidate who enjoys helping people, managing details, and keeping office operations running smoothly. The team values professionalism, collaboration, excellent service, and clear communication with clients, tenants, visitors, and internal staff. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, tenants, visitors, and callers.
  • Answer phones, route communications, and manage incoming inquiries professionally.
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations, documentation, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and update information using Excel.
  • Provide responsive customer service and administrative support in both English and Spanish.
  • Help ensure office processes, files, and communications are accurate, organized, and timely. Compensation and Benefits
  • $24 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Temp-to-hire opportunity.
  • Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • Early Fridays when work is completed. Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Support property management administrative operations, records, reports, and communications.
  • Manage front office communication with clients, tenants, visitors, and internal team members.
  • Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports, documentation, and office records.
  • Coordinate schedules, correspondence, and daily administrative follow-up.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are required.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant administrative experience preferred.
  • Experience in property management, real estate, leasing, or HOA support is required.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required.
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and customer service skills.
  • Stable work history and a polished, dependable professional presence.
