Administrative Assistant (Full-Time)
Job Description
Job Summary The job of Administrative Assistant is done for the purpose of providing varied and complex, specialized secretarial support services to assigned administrator; communicating information to staff and the public; providing complete and accurate records; and providing information and/or direction as requested. This position supoorts the High School site.
Requirements / Qualifications

Education and Certifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
Experience:
• Job related experience with increasing levels of secretarial responsibility is desired.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Comments and Other Information Interview and Testing Information:
Selected applicants will be required to complete testing during the week of October 5, 2026. Applicants who successfully complete the required testing will be considered for the next stage of the recruitment process and may be scheduled for an interview.
