Jack Demirchian Chiropractic Inc. is seeking a motivated, dependable, and patient focused Front & Back Office Assistant. We are looking for an energetic individual with a positive attitude, excellent multitasking and time management skills for an immediate position as a chiropractic therapy aide. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, adaptable, and able to efficiently manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent customer service. Previous chiropractic or medical office experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right individual. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesCLERICAL DUTIES
Preparing patient files. Entering patient data. Filing & organizing patient records. Maintaining accurate patient records. Updating patient information as needed. Scanning & uploading doctor's recommendation/referral letters. Copying, printing, and faxing documents. Sorting and processing paperwork. Ensuring the front desk area is tidy, organized, and well stocked with necessary supplies. (Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for this position)ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
Managing incoming calls using phone systems. Communicating with patients on a daily/weekly basis. Directing phone calls to appropriate team members. Taking down messages as needed. Providing support to other departments as needed. Always fostering a collaborative work environment. Assisting with given tasks as required.PATIENT RELATIONS & SUPPORT
Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner. Guide and inform patients through prescribed therapies. Keep management informed of any relevant office or patient activity that occurs when supervision is not present. Back Office Responsibilities Assist patients through prescribed chiropractic therapies under the direction of the chiropractor. Help patients with therapeutic modalities including electrical muscle stimulation (EMS), massage therapy devices such as Theragun and G5, traction, and other chiropractic treatments (training provided). Prepare patients for treatment and assist the doctor as needed. Ensure efficient patient flow throughout the office. Clean and sanitize treatment rooms after each patient. Organize and maintain treatment rooms and therapy areas. Restock clinical supplies and maintain an organized back office. Assist with additional patient care duties assigned by the chiropractor. Communicate effectively with providers and team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications (Previous experience in a chiropractic, medical, physical therapy, or healthcare front office is preferred but not required) Bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Ability to handle a fast paced, high demand environment. Proficient in computer literacy with experience in various software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Google, Gmail, Google Calander, Google Voice Etc. Ability to compose clear, professional, and well written emails. We are looking for someone who is: Dependable, punctual, and motivated. Friendly, compassionate, and patient oriented.
