With general supervision, this position is responsible for the administration of operational aspects of ongoing projects.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- + Administers daily operational aspects of one or more ongoing projects.
+ Conduct in-depth internal audits to verify strict adherence to
DCMA 8210
standards, identifying areas for improvement.
+ Manage daily operations of various compliance-related projects, including plan development and implementation.
+ Collaborate closely with project managers, line managers, and customers to resolve challenges and optimize outcomes.
+ Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
+ Has an aptitude for developing new technical skills as software changes.
+ Stay adept with evolving software and technical tools.
+ Participates in developing and recommending new and/or modifications on documentation.
+ Continuously improving documentation/communication policies and procedures
+ Adhere to all legal and regulatory obligations in all business activities.
+ Create and maintain detailed reports and records, both electronically and in hard copy.
+ May represent the organization with outside organizations.
+ Act as a representative of our organization in external collaborations.
+ Provides direction to support staff and may provide directions to less experienced professional staff.
+ Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
+ Responsible for observing all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.

Equivalent professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
+ Must demonstrate a basic understanding of project administration principles, theories, concepts and techniques.
+ Must have experience organizing, planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating work assignments to meet project milestones or established completion dates.
+ Solid grounding in project administration principles with practical experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating projects.
+ Quick learner, adaptable to evolving environments and contributing to new processes.
+ Must possess the ability to understand new concepts quickly and apply them in an evolving environment while contributing to the development of new processes.
+ Must be customer focused and possess:
+ Problem-solving skills and data analysis competence.
+ Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

+ Proficiency in relevant computer applications.

+ Familiarity with DCMA and 8210 regulations is a plus.

+ Good computer skills.
+ Ability to work independently or in a team environment is essential as is the ability to work extended hours as required.
+ The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance is required.
