Adjust as needed based on level of role.} Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage priorities through effective organization Proficient in computer systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong interpersonal & customer service skills and a team-centric mentality Experience reviewing and working with financial or operational documents preferred High level of integrity and professionalism , including handling confidential information appropriately Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Commitment to following all safety policies Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support, including organizing, maintaining, and distributing reports, documents, and materials in line with established procedures Create, edit, format, and proofread documents, reports, and communications using Microsoft Office and other systems Support office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating vendor needs, and maintaining an organized and functional workspace Answer and direct incoming calls professionally, route inquiries to the appropriate departments, and manage messages as needed Manage facility access by greeting visitors, supporting check-in processes, and ensuring compliance with building access protocols Serve as a point of contact for associates, visitors, and customers, providing a professional and helpful experience Partner with site leadership to support associate engagement initiatives, committees, safety programs, and training activities Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre‑employment drug screening and background check. $15.00 - $22.69 Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
