- Provide professional customer service to exhibitors and facility partners
- Create and maintain event files and exhibitor materials
- Enter exhibitor data and utility orders in EMP
- Run daily/weekly event reports
- Collect payments before and during events
- Support onsite exhibitor service desk during installation and tear‑out
- Process onsite orders and prepare booth checks
- Scan and organize event paperwork post‑show
- Maintain safety awareness and report hazards What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfort with basic math and data entry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Schedule & Requirements
- Early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
- Schedule changes may occur with little notice
- Occasional travel may be required
