This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll still be in the daily flow

  • phones, scheduling, patient communication, check-in/check-out
  • but your core job is making sure our team of five Chiropractic Assistants performs at a high level and delivers a patient experience that is organized, professional, warm, and consistent.

We're also expanding into regenerative and integrated medicine, so prior medical office, medical assisting (MA), or patient coordinator experience is a strong plus and gives you room to grow with us. What You'll Own

  • Team Leadership: Train, coach, and support front office staff; hold the team accountable for attendance, task completion, and daily execution.
  • Patient Flow: Manage the daily schedule so the office runs on time and patients are cared for efficiently.
  • Financials & Systems: Oversee patient payments, balances, and account communication; keep front desk scripts, systems, and follow-up processes consistent.
  • Issue Resolution: Solve patient concerns calmly and professionally, and keep things from falling through the cracks. You're a Great Fit If You
  • Have prior lead, supervisor, office manager, or team leadership experience in a fast-paced setting (medical, dental, chiropractic, physical therapy, or high-end hospitality/spa).
  • Are the person others go to when the office gets busy.
  • Are warm with patients but comfortable enforcing policies and addressing performance directly.
  • Love systems, organization, and improving how a team runs. This Role Is NOT a Fit If You
  • Only want a basic, passive receptionist position.
  • Avoid difficult conversations or dislike holding others accountable.
  • Need constant reminders to finish your own tasks.
