We are seeking Office Assistant at our learning center in Pleasanton South.

Primary Responsibilities include:

Monitor students in the center Assist with daily center operations Field telephone calls Receive and direct visitors Maintain and coordinate Staff schedules Maintain an organized filing system Assist with data entry as needed

Qualifications:

Exceptional attention to detail Punctual, reliable and well-organized Energetic, proactive and must be able to multitask Experienced in computer technology that includes Excel, Google sheets On-site training provided High School or college equivalent

Job Hours:

MUST be able to commit to fixed schedules on Mondays and Thursdays from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM Other days for extra back-office work are available

Pay:

$16.90 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 6.0 per week
