Under the direction of the Administrative Supervisor, the Administrative Associate is responsible for providing office support services as assigned. This temporary role will support administrative tasks, data entry, phone coverage, filing, office supply coordination, intake support, client file maintenance, and general office processes. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, professional communication skills, and the ability to support a 3-month temporary assignment in a professional office environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for: Providing general administrative support to the office and assigned site personnel Maintaining complete and accurate data entry within established timelines Providing effective phone coverage Maintaining an effective filing system Monitoring and maintaining office supplies Communicating professionally with appropriate site personnel regarding assigned tasks and site processes Assisting with administrative functions of intakes Completing paperwork and assisting with client files Identifying areas of improvement to support administrative process excellence Making suggestions to the Administrative Supervisor as needed Providing onsite technical support to staff as assigned Managing psychiatric department needs as assigned Supporting HR needs as assigned Supporting administrative office functions as assigned Performing additional responsibilities as assigned and applicable to the site The selected candidate will also possess: High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of administrative support experience required Microsoft Office proficiency required Experience performing accounting functions is a plus Valid California driver's license required Personal automobile insurance required Driving record must meet agency motor vehicle operating standards Ability to complete a 3-month temporary assignment Ability to complete a Tuberculosis test and drug screening test Ability to complete a personal background investigation conducted by the State of California Ability to meet applicable physical fitness standards and examination requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain organized files, records, and administrative documentation Ability to work professionally with staff, clients, and internal departments Ability to work onsite in
