Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support and ensure the efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities while providing excellent internal and external customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
Assist with data entry, record keeping, and database management.
Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed.
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
Support onboarding activities and general HR administrative tasks.
Assist with special projects and provide support to various departments.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
