As a small, close-knit private practice, we are able to provide a more personalized, relationship-based approach to care—for both our guests and our team. We are seeking a front office team member with dental experience who takes pride in hospitality, thrives in a patient-centered environment, and understands that exceptional service is just as important as clinical excellence. You will play a key role in creating a warm, seamless, and elevated experience for every guest who walks through our doors. This is not a management role , but an opportunity for a polished, detail-oriented, and service-driven team player to become an integral part of a highly collaborative and professional team.

Schedule:

28+ hours per week

Monday-Wednesday:

8:00 AM - 5:00

PM Thursday:

8:30 AM - 12:30

PM Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a productive, well-orchestrated schedule for treatment and hygiene visits Welcome and guide guests through a high-touch, concierge-level experience Answer phones with professionalism, warmth, and confidence Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements and assist guests in making informed decisions Confirm reservations and ensure a smooth patient flow throughout the day Submit and manage electronic insurance claims Back office clinical support as needed

Qualifications:

Front office dental experience required X-Ray License and DA background required RDA license a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport Excellent phone etiquette and attention to detail A naturally warm, service-oriented personality Comfortable with technology and modern digital systems

Bonus Qualifications:
