Job Description Job duties include:

Providing information to consumers and businesses via phone, email and in-person at our Rancho Cordova office. You will greet and direct walk-in visitors. You will also be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing postal mail. You will help maintain and update file information in our database. We're looking for someone with experience providing first-class customer service. You should be comfortable communicating professionally verbally and in writing. This is an in-office position.
