• Room to Grow We're a local, owner-operated company running two service brands — Oasis Holiday Lighting and Oasis Pool Tile Cleaning — and we're looking for a friendly, organized person to be the first voice our customers hear. THE JOB
• Answer inbound calls and texts, qualify new leads using our script, and book appointments
• Call back new website leads quickly
• Call past customers, follow up on quotes, and ask for reviews
• Data entry, scanning, and organizing in our CRM (we'll train you)
• In-office in Rancho Cordova, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday
• About 20 hours/week, 6-8 hours/day.

YOU'LL DO WELL IF YOU

• Are comfortable and warm on the phone, even with strangers
• Speak clear, natural English
• Like staying busy and can move between tasks without being told
• Are reliable and detail-oriented
• Are comfortable on a computer (typing, forms, spreadsheets) PAY
• $20/hr, W-2, paid every two weeks
• Starts now through the holiday season, with a chance to continue year-round.
