Job Description
```Duties```
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Provide customer support by answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings and events ```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
