Job Summary Job Summary Under limited supervision of a Director or designee, performs complex secretarial and clerical duties. Assists a department or specialized program with detailed tasks, utilizing judgment and deep understanding of department and school operations. Performs related work as assigned. Requirements /
Qualifications Education and Experience:
  • Associate's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Four (4) years of administrative support experience
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience in a public education environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the Spanish language both verbally and in writing (Upon passing the District's PDL assessment, may provide interpretation in a second language (e.g., Spanish) and qualify for a stipend) Copy of Transcript (Please submit proof of associate's degree ) Letter of Introduction (Must be on Word or PDF document
