Highly organized and dependable Personal Assistant with extensive experience in house management and daily task coordination. Skilled in overseeing household operations, managing schedules, running errands, and providing seamless support to busy individuals and families. Known for efficiency, and the ability to anticipate needs while maintaining a well-structured and stress-free environment. Core Skills Household Management & Organization Calendar & Schedule Coordination Errand Running & Task Execution Vendor & Service Coordination Inventory & Supply Management Travel Planning & Itinerary Coordination Budget Tracking & Expense Reporting Time Management & Multitasking Problem-Solving & Adaptability Oversee daily household operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard Manage complex calendars, appointments, and scheduling for household members Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and events related to personal and rental properties. The individual will gain be able to gain project management experience from this role. Run errands including shopping, returns, and personal requests with accuracy and timeliness Maintain household inventory, restocking supplies and managing budgets Plan travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodations, and itineraries Organize home spaces, systems, and processes to improve functionality and efficiency Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Additional Qualifications Valid driver's license with clean driving record Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools Strong references available upon request
