This is a dental laboratory where we fabricate dental restorations like crowns, veneers and dentures. The ideal candidate will provide administrative assistance and ensure smooth operations within the office environment. I need someone who works quickly and is very organized. Having great phone customer service is also very important. I am willing to train in regards to the dental lab industry but do not want to worry about teaching basic office skills. It is a fun and fast paced office environment with new challenges every day. Must be willing to work in a fast paced environment, expectations are to complete tasks daily. Common sense Fast learner Clean and organized Big understanding of customer service Must want to learn and care about your job, the customers and the business Trustworthy Dependable/reliable Don't want to babysit, must understand the job and be reliable. Keep track of drivers and office schedules Sales and marketing experience a plus Social Media photography and content creation a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the office
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
  • Perform general office duties, such as filing, scanning, and case entry
  • Enter case work
  • Create and ship with multiple avenues
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred
  • Proficient in computer skills. Knowledge of Labstar program is a bonus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Knowledge of dental lab procedures is a plus
