What You'll Do Lead, coach, and support Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry team members Oversee building systems, grounds, equipment, vehicles, and general repairs Coordinate preventive maintenance and respond to maintenance needs Manage safety inspections, fire drills, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance Ensure apartments are ready for resident move-ins and coordinate timely turnarounds Manage vendors, contractors, inventory, and maintenance budgets Step in, troubleshoot, and find solutions when something needs attention What You'll Bring Maintenance or facilities leadership experience Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through A hands-on leadership style with Accountability and Team Spirit Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements Flexibility to respond to urgent maintenance needs when necessary
