Bay 101 Casino in San Jose offers an exciting cardroom environment, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. •
NO GAMING OR CASINO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
•We are looking for an individual who has customer service experience, computer and/or admin skills and someone who is motivated to learn something new in an exciting industry! The Casino Administrative Assistant is responsible for: Tracking, recording, and maintaining vacations, illnesses, absences, and leaves of absence for all casino employees. Maintain time and attendance records for all casino employees, including documenting attendance deficiencies and associated counseling memos. Maintain, review and update dealer drop sheets. Assist with payroll entries and pay period ending data. Generate serial number tracking sheets for card control. Maintain table tracking records and calculate average hourly table usage. Track and record over/short slips for the casino department on a monthly basis. Other projects and duties as assigned by the Casino Manager and/or the Assistant Casino Manager.Qualifications:
Be at least 21 years of age Pass a SJPD Background check Speak, Read, and Write English proficiently Good written and oral communication skills Be trustworthy, reliable, and able to take direction High attention to detail Work well in a fast paced environment Customer Service Experience Associates degree preferred Multilingual preferred The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this position.
