We are seeking a

DESIGN BUILD ASSISTANT

to be located in our San Mateo showroom. The "perfect fit" has a passion for supporting our Design-Build and Home Services teams by providing exceptional administrative backing, precise RFI tracking, impeccable organizational skills, and proactive communication. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow within the craft of high-end residential interior design and construction management.

What we need:

One to two years of administrative, project coordination, or operational support experience. High level of efficiency in organizational paperwork flow, vendor quote intake, and selection tracking. Strong aptitude for tracking Requests for Information (RFIs), documentation, and field/design communications. Proficiency in construction project management software (e.g., BuilderTrend) and digital workflow tools, or a willingness to learn. Ability to handle multiple simultaneous, time-sensitive projects with a positive attitude and strict response discipline. Client-friendly and team-oriented approach with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience with municipal permit submittals, tracking, and city department follow-up

$56,882.13 - $68,503.21 per year
