98 Per Hour Length of Work Year 213 Days Employment Type Part Time Job Summary Job Summary Under the direction of the Principal and Student Services Director, the Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the school site and Student Services programs. This position serves as a key point of contact for students, families, staff, and community members and requires excellent organizational, communication, and customer-service skills. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a school or district office and be proficient in Aeries, including student data management, enrollment, registration, attendance, and maintenance of accurate student records. Experience with SEIS for special education records and student information, Frontline, and the District's ERP system, including entering and tracking requisitions and other purchasing-related functions, is highly desirable. The Administrative Assistant will maintain confidential student and personnel information, prepare and process correspondence and reports, assist families with enrollment and registration, maintain accurate records and databases, support Student Services and special education processes, coordinate meetings and schedules, process requisitions and purchasing documentation, and provide general administrative support as assigned. The successful candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, communicate professionally and effectively with diverse groups, maintain confidentiality, work independently, and collaborate effectively with administrators, staff, students, and families.
