As the front desk receptionist you will be the first friendly face to provide the patient with a pleasant experience as they walk into our office. Our Chiropractic practice requires an individual who is detail oriented, possesses strong customer service skills, can prioritize tasks, who is dynamic and extremely organized. Primary Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain excellent customer service. Help to maintain an atmosphere of respect and effectively communicate with other team members. Complete all tasks and projects as assigned by management. Schedule appointments while also monitoring patient flow and checking patients in and out of the office. Answer incoming and make outgoing phone calls on a multi-line phone system. Collect patient co-pays, balances and all other payments. Obtain and enter patient information and verify insurance eligibility accurately. Maintain medical records. Comply with all HIPAA guidelines, confidentiality and safety for a clinical office.
Qualifications:
High School Graduate. Reliable and dependable. Looking for
LONG TERM
employment. Outstanding communication skills. Ability to quickly adapt to an ever-changing environment. Customer service experience, essentially in a high volume, fast paced office environment. Accustomed to working with office equipment and computer literate. Available to work
