Job Description
A busy construction company in Solana Beach is looking for a Project Administrative Assistant to support its Project Management team.
This isn't a traditional receptionist position. You'll be behind the scenes helping keep construction projects organized, working with Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to make sure paperwork, schedules, purchase orders, and project information don't fall through the cracks.
If you love checklists, deadlines, follow-up, and being the person everyone calls when they need something—you'll fit right in.
Your day might include:🔹 Updating project files and documentation 🔹 Entering purchase orders and change orders 🔹 Tracking subcontractor paperwork 🔹 Following up on missing documents 🔹 Coordinating meetings and project schedules 🔹 Assisting with invoices and job-cost information 🔹 Preparing project reports and spreadsheets 🔹 Communicating with vendors and field personnel 🔹 Helping Project Managers stay ahead of deadlines 🔹 Supporting project closeout and administrative tasks
