Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary front desk contact by greeting visitors, vendors, and employees in a professional and welcoming mannerAnswer and route incoming calls and respond to general front office inquiriesMaintain the reception area, lobby, meeting spaces, and common areas to ensure a clean and professional appearanceSupport daily office operations and routine administrative proceduresAct as a point of contact for general office needs and help troubleshoot day-to-day operational issuesManage incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, deliveries, and package distributionProvide administrative support to employees and internal teams as neededPartner with executive support and operations teams on scheduling, coordination, and general office support tasksCreate, update, and maintain spreadsheets, documents, and presentation materialsAssist with internal communications, office signage, and light design work using tools such as CanvaSupport planning and execution of office events, employee activities, and onsite meetingsProvide general backend administrative support to the operations team
