Personal Assistant MaxPac Unlimited Temecula, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract $25.09 - $30.22 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Travel reimbursement Qualifications Word processing Executive administrative support Research Driver's License Attention to detail Office management Full Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the owner across both professional and personal responsibilities. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who can confidently manage changing priorities, solve problems independently, and take initiative to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and discreetly. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, service-minded, and comfortable handling a wide range of responsibilities. No two days may be the same, so flexibility and sound judgment are essential. Key Responsibilities Manage the owner's calendar, appointments, reminders, and daily schedule Organize meetings, travel arrangements, reservations, and itineraries Monitor emails, phone calls, correspondence, and follow-up items Prepare documents, presentations, reports, forms, and other materials Conduct research and provide clear summaries or recommendations Coordinate personal and professional errands and appointments Handle purchasing, deliveries, returns, and household or office-related tasks Communicate with vendors, clients, contractors, service providers, and other contacts Track expenses, receipts, invoices, and basic administrative records Assist with event planning, projects, and special assignments Maintain organized files, contacts, records, and digital systems Help prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met Identify problems before they arise and recommend practical solutions Provide occasional on-site support, driving, or travel assistance, if required Perform other reasonable duties and special projects as assigned by the owner Qualifications and Skills Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, office manager, household manager, or in a comparable support role Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment Excellent judgment, discretion, and respect for confidentiality Resourcefulness and the ability to work independently with limited supervision Strong computer skills, including email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets, and online research Professional demeanor and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude Ability to anticipate needs and follow tasks through to completion Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if applicable to the role Willingness to adapt to occasional schedule changes, travel, or urgent requests with reasonable notice Success in This Role A successful Personal Assistant will: Keep the owner organized and prepared Complete assignments accurately and on time Communicate proactively and clearly Handle sensitive information responsibly Remain calm and effective when priorities change Take ownership of tasks from start to finish Make the owner's professional and personal responsibilities easier to manage How to Apply Please submit the following: Your résumé Your availability and desired compensation A short introduction video, approximately 1-3 minutes long, explaining: Your background and relevant experience Why you are interested in this position Your organizational and problem-solving strengths Why you would be a strong fit for supporting the owner Please send intro videos directly to
