Job Summary We are seeking an organized and professional Administrative Services professional to support daily office operations and provide excellent service to staff, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, maintains confidentiality, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet visitors and manage front desk operations. Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system. Maintain filing systems and office records. Perform accurate data entry and assist with bookkeeping in QuickBooks. Coordinate schedules, calendars, and office supplies. Handle confidential information professionally. Provide timely customer and client support. Proofread documents for accuracy. Support an organized and efficient office environment. Experience & Qualifications Previous administrative or office experience. Strong skills in filing, data entry, and document preparation. Proficiency with Microsoft 365; QuickBooks experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills. Bilingual skills and office management experience are a plus.
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
