Do you have a passion for people? We are looking for someone who understands customer service and can anticipate customer needs. This person should be a self-starter, dependable, outgoing, confident, responsive, a good communicator and conscientious about the quality of their work. This position is responsible for answering phones in an upbeat manner, greeting everyone with a smile, maintaining the appearance of the office, maintaining office equipment, tracking supplies, preparing training materials, maintaining the training calendar and assisting the office leadership team with admin duties; data entry, mailings, social media sites, Canva and other projects. We are looking for someone who will 'own' this position.
Basic Job requirements:
High School Graduate Good Verbal and communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; especially Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint Experience with social media and Google Experience with Canva a plus Positive attitude and Professional appearance Resume Required with response
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
