In this role, you will assist with labor compliance and accounting processes while serving as an integral part of our office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn. Training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office. Assist with the preparation, tracking, and organization of labor compliance documentation for public works and prevailing wage projects. Support certified payroll (CPR) processing and labor compliance recordkeeping. Assist with subcontractor compliance tracking, including collecting and organizing required documentation. Maintain labor compliance files and ensure records are complete and organized. Assist with accounting documentation, data entry, and administrative support. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications No degree required Must be authorized to work in the United States Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Prior experience with public works and prevailing wage projects valued
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
