Job Description

Our client, a fulfillment and logistics company, is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team in Vernon, CA. In this role, you will provide essential clerical and administrative support for a Customs bonded warehouse operation, ensuring accurate documentation, organized recordkeeping, and smooth coordination between warehouse operations and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate bonded inventory records and ensure all files are audit-ready Prepare and organize Customs-related documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, CBP Form 7501, and in-bond warehouse documentation Process receiving and shipping paperwork accurately and in a timely manner Assist with inventory reconciliations and cycle counts Coordinate with warehouse operations teams and customers to support daily workflow Perform data entry and generate reports within warehouse management systems and Excel Maintain document retention procedures in compliance with Customs requirements
Requirements:
Experience in warehousing, logistics, transportation, import/export, or 3PL operations preferred Familiarity with Customs bonded warehouse processes is a strong plus Knowledge of shipping and import/export documentation preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel and email communication Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidential and accurate records Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a warehouse office environment

$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
