Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Walnut Creek, California. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations through a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Office Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing bulk mailings.
  • Perform filing tasks to maintain organized and accessible records.
  • Handle document scanning and ensure files are properly stored and labeled.
  • Answer inbound calls professionally and route them to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist with general clerical duties to support office operations.
  • Maintain the mailbox and ensure timely handling of correspondence.
