$75,000 - $95,000 per year Job Details - We are seeking a Service Coordinator to play a central role in supporting the daily operations of our Service Department. This position is crucial for enhancing customer communication, coordinating technician dispatch, and providing billing support. You will ensure efficient scheduling, maintain clear communication with customers, and accurately process completed work through invoicing. As a key point of coordination between customers, field personnel, and internal teams, your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through will help drive our service excellence.Responsibilities:
Coordinate incoming service requests and respond to customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner. Dispatch technicians for service calls based on operational priorities and maintain communication with customers regarding service status and job progress. Monitor open calls and work orders daily to ensure timely scheduling, completion, and closeout, escalating issues as needed. Review and manage work orders for accuracy, completeness, and documentation to support billing processes. Create invoices for completed work and assist with prebilling reviews to ensure prompt closure of work orders. Maintain accurate records within service software and support documentation and workflow tracking related to service activity.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatching, scheduling, billing, or administrative support, preferably in construction, mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing environments. Proficient in Microsoft Office and service management or ERP software, ideally BuildOps.A bit about us:
